The gaming center used outdated software with manual timers, leading to billing errors, revenue control issues, slow operations, and organizational problems with multiple active consoles.
What did we do?
Custom desktop application that: Fiscalizes bills. Tracks sessions in real-time with live timers and automatic pricing. Supports open (per-minute) and prepaid (fixed time) sessions. Allows controller count changes during sessions with accurate price recalculation. Pause functionality accurately deducts pause time from total cost. Bar module for console-linked drink orders. Discount system (10–50%). Calendar-based reservations. Admin panel for pricing, operating hours, revenue stats, and reports. Hold-to-confirm for payments prevents accidental clicks.
